Meet Jeff Cassellius
Jeff’s approach: “High school and college athletics played a very central role in my life; they are what inspired me to pursue a career in the health and wellness field. It is my goal to share my passion with others, to teach others to live healthy and active lifestyles, and to motivate others to pursue health throughout their lifetime.”
Jeff’s education and special interests: Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science degree as well as a Secondary Education Minor in Health and Coaching from the University of Wisconsin in River Falls, WI. His performance interests include Olympic lifting, strength training principles, developing programs for athletes, and speed & agility training.
Meet Heidi Corbett
Heidi’s approach: “I truly believe exercise is medicine, and everyone can benefit from physical activity. My goal is to help support individuals in leading healthy lifestyles by improving their overall well being. It’s never too late to make positive changes.”
Heidi’s education and special interests: After earning her Bachelor of Arts in Physiology from the University of Minnesota, Heidi completed her graduate studies with a Master of Science in Exercise Physiology degree at the College of St. Scholastica in Duluth, MN. Her special areas of interest include lifestyle and behavior change, exercise as preventative care, and strength training as a life-long activity.
