Jeff Cassellius. I’m a performance specialist here at Summit Orthopedics. I will be working with youth athletes as well as anybody who’s coming post-op or anybody pre-op who would need to get into shape for a surgery. Basically making athletes back to their performance prior to or any average person that wants to get into better shape. I’m like a chameleon is how I think of myself when I train people. If whatever you want and whatever you need is how I can train somebody. If you need somebody to push you really hard and be like that drill sergeant-type person, I can tap into that. Or if you need somebody to be that friend that’s there to just make sure that you are there to get that workout in. I love working with people. The people that I work with and the people I work for drive me, actually. I look forward to working with that young athlete. I look forward to working out with that elderly person that needs to get into shape so they can get on their own again. And just the stories that they tell you and the information you can learn from every single person – that’s really what I get up for.
