How to gain lower body flexibility

Try these two simple stretches to help gain lower body flexibility:

  1. Stretching your hamstrings.
    1. Using a flat surface lean into the stretch
    2. Hold for 30 seconds, taking short breaks if needed
    3. Repeat 5 times per week on each leg
  2. Stretching your quads.
    1. Lay flat on an elevated surface with one leg on the floor
    2. Hold for 30 seconds, taking short breaks if needed
    3. Repeat 5 times per week on each leg
