How to gain lower body flexibility
Try these two simple stretches to help gain lower body flexibility:
- Stretching your hamstrings.
- Using a flat surface lean into the stretch
- Hold for 30 seconds, taking short breaks if needed
- Repeat 5 times per week on each leg
- Stretching your quads.
- Lay flat on an elevated surface with one leg on the floor
- Hold for 30 seconds, taking short breaks if needed
- Repeat 5 times per week on each leg
