Terms and conditions: Zubaz Night at the Hive giveaway is open to Minnesota and Wisconsin residents 18 years or older. Only one entry per person allowed. Winner will be drawn randomly after midnight (CST) Sunday, April 19, 2015 and announced the following day via the method provided in the entry, by email or phone, and as a Facebook post on Summit Orthopedics page. Entries received after the deadline set forth in the contest announcement are ineligible. If the winner does not respond to the notification within twenty four (24) hours for contests entered, another winner will be chosen. Winners may not request substitutions of prize winnings.
