The Power House also offers small group training for groups of 2-8 people. This option is great for families, friends, co-workers or teammates looking to sweat and succeed together. Peak Athlete Summer Program

Our Peak Athlete programs are designed for an intensive athlete-focused experience completed in a small group setting. Peak Athlete is the perfect summer training environment for high school or college athletes with specific performance goals to achieve.

  • June 10th – Aug 8th
  • 8:30-9:30AM Class
  • $99 for 10 classes, or $99 per month, or $15 drop-in.

Bootcamp Summer Program

We kick off each workout with a full hour of high intensity cardio intervals and strength training exercises that maximize functional fitness, weight loss, and an awesome feeling of accomplishment.
