Introduction to Strength Training
Join a Summit Orthopedics Performance Specialist to learn how to incorporate strength training into your exercise routine! This 60 minute session, will teach you the ins and outs of the weight room – how to use free weights, machines, and resistance bands; proper form and technique for a variety of exercises; the appropriate number of repetitions and sets to begin with; and much more.
