Introduction to Strength Training

Join a Summit Orthopedics Performance Specialist to learn how to incorporate strength training into your exercise routine! This short series is only two sessions, but during that time you will learn the ins and outs of the weight room – how to use free weights, machines, and resistance bands; proper form and technique for a variety of exercises; the appropriate number of repetitions and sets to begin with; and much more. Take advantage of the opportunity to gain confidence in the weight room and improve your strength training abilities. Space is limited in the small group sessions, so reserve your spot today!

Program details

Cost: $40 per session (includes both dates in the session)

*Open to ages 18 and older

Session One: January 9th & January 11th                                         12:00-1:00 p.m.

Session Two: February 5th & 7th                                                           8:00-9:00 a.m.

Session Three: March 6th & March 8th                                                12:00-1:00 p.m.
