Strength Training for Women
Increase your strength, flexibility, speed, and power with this strength training class designed with women in mind! Summit Orthopedics Performance Specialist Heidi Corbett will help you feel and look your best through the power of strength training. This class is designed for women of all ages who are looking to improve their health and fitness by becoming more confident in the weight room. The 45 minute sessions twice a week will help you learn how to use free weights and machines, teach proper exercise form and technique, improve muscle and bone strength, and increase your fitness level. The small group of women only will allow you to feel empowered and confident inside and outside of the weight room. This small group has limited space available, so grab your spot today!
Program details/session dates- Winter:
Winter session 1: January 7 – February 13 Mondays, Wednesdays – 5:45 p.m. – 6:30 p.m
Winter session 2: February 25 – April 3 Mondays, Wednesdays – 5:45 p.m. – 6:30 p.m
Cost: $200 (for each session)
