Under the direction of the Manager of Clinic Operations, the OrthoQuick/APP Manager provides leadership and general administrative oversight for Summit’s APP OrthoQuick, Float and Hospitalist operations. The position manages performance of the OrthoQuick site and advanced providers in regard to the goals of strategic initiative achievement and continuous progression toward Summit’s vision.

This position is full time and may travel to all Twin Cities clinic locations.

The position’s principal operational role involves management and administration of the OrthoQuick, Float and Hospitlist teams and Summit’s Advanced Providers, including the responsibility for the implementation and measurement of onboarding and training, operational metrics, process improvement, procedural compliance, service plans, and performance. This includes, but not limited to: recommendation of strategy for short- and long-term success, employee engagement and performance, financial results, customer satisfaction, compliance and quality.

  • Required: Bachelors in Health Administration
  • Preferred: Masters in Physician Assistant
  • Preferred: Masters in Nurse Practitioner


  • Required: Bachelor’s Degree in business or health-related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. Licensed advanced provider with 3 years of orthopedic patient care experience
  • Required: Minimum three (3) years of clinical management experience preferred. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in providing orthopedic patient care as an advanced provider.
