The Surgery Center Secretary assumes responsibility for: the registration of patients, the collection of insurance data, the establishment of communications within and without the department, and assists the manager by coordinating the affairs of the department. The Secretary initiates formal introduction to the Center of patients, physicians, vendors, and visitors by presenting a cordial demeanor, answering external queries with professional courtesy, and compiling accurate documentation in the form of the medical record.
This opportunity is a full-time role based at our Minnetonka Ambulatory Surgery Center. Must be flexible to float to other locations as needed. Monday - Friday, 8:00am -4:30pm. Experience with AMKAI and TWEHR is preferred.

- Required: High School
- Preferred: One year experience in a clinical or medically related office setting preferred. Will consider multi-task office coordinator experience.
