The Graphic Design Intern will assist in the marketing and communications efforts organization-wide, reporting directly to the Marketing Manager.

 

This is a full-time internship that will run from June 3, 2024 to September 15, 2024 (can be flexible with the end date). Base location will be at the corporate office in Woodbury, MN. Schedule days hours are Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Must be currently enrolled in a relevant undergraduate or graduate program, such as graphic design, communication design, or a related field. Must have expertise in the Adobe Suite including but not limited to Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator and After Effects. Portfolio should be provided of work.

 

Essential Job Duties/ Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with internal departments and the Marketing team to design a wide range of collateral, including but not limited to fliers, brochures, posters, business cards, PowerPoint presentations, social media posts, digital and print ads, and more.

  • Work independently and collaboratively with the Marketing team on multiple projects, meeting deadlines effectively.

  • Ensure designs meet brand standards, accurately conveying ideas and representing the organization appropriately.

  • Gather feedback from the marketing team and incorporate revisions into design projects as necessary.
  • Other duties, as assigned.

 

Required Knowledge/ Skills

  1. Must be knowledgeable of and comply with all confidentiality requirements related to assigned healthcare business activities and management of patient records, including but not limited to compliance and HIPAA regulations.

  2. Must be knowledgeable of and comply with all safety requirements and practices related to assigned responsibilities

  3. Proficient working knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator

  4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Superior customer service skills, including solid interpersonal skills
