Physical Therapy

Reminder to continue with the exercises provided to you at the surgery center. This is an integral part of your recovery, but the exercises may feel uncomfortable initially. You may also begin outpatient physical therapy 10-12 weeks after surgery. It is important to remain open with your therapist to keep him or her aware of your pain and comfort levels.
