Dr. Furmanek, thank you for fixing Jacob’s knees and making it possible for him to get back to what he loves best. A year ago today he was recovering from the first of his two knee surgeries and today he and his team went undefeated in all seven games at the USA CUP tournament and here he is lifting the champions trophy. Thank you and your team for your expert care and compassion.
