What Should I Expect When I Arrive?
Whether you are arriving for a scheduled appointment or urgent care, make sure to bring the following:
- A list of any medications you take, including vitamins and supplements
- Photo identification
- Workers’ compensation forms, if necessary
- Your insurance information

We ask for a 24-hour notice for canceling any scheduled appointments.
What is Orthopedic Urgent Care?
Orthopedic Urgent Care provides fast, specialized treatment for sprains, strains, joint pain, and sports injuries without needing an appointment. Unlike general urgent care or emergency rooms, these walk-in clinics focus exclusively on musculoskeletal injuries and are staffed by orthopedic specialists, including certified physician assistants, physicians, and surgeons. Summit Orthopedics prioritizes shorter wait times, cleaner waiting rooms, and cost-effective care that’s typically billed as a regular clinic visit rather than urgent care rates. About 99% of musculoskeletal injuries can be treated at orthopedic urgent care, from ankle sprains and back pain to broken bones without open wounds.
