Repeat | 2 times for each leg |
Hold | 30 seconds |
Perform | After each ride |
- Standing on your left leg, using something for balance if necessary and keeping your back straight, reach back for your right ankle and pull your ankle to your buttocks.
You should feel this stretch in the front of your right thigh. - Repeat on the opposite leg.
