Post-Op

Thank you for choosing Summit Orthopedics for your surgery!  We hope your first day after your procedure has gone well. 

It is normal to have side effects from the Exparel block for 24-48 hours after your surgery.

A TED stocking was also applied to your surgical limb to help manage swelling and improve circulation. Please wear the TED stocking for 7 days to aid in recovery. If the TED stocking is uncomfortable, you may remove it but swelling may increase.
