We’ve made it easy for you to stay healthy at home while you wait for your joint replacement surgery. We know it can be frustrating to be in a holding pattern, and we are eager to help you on your journey to a healthier, more active lifestyle. Thank you for your sacrifice. The links below are specially-designed physical therapy prescriptions for joint replacement surgery. You will have access to:
- Narrated videos showing exactly how to properly complete each exercise

While these exercises are shown on the floor, you can absolutely do them on a couch or bed if you are concerned about getting down on the floor and back up.
Listen to your body
Just remember to listen to your body. With any change to your exercise program, you want to start slow. The exercises should be stopped if painful or once you become fatigued. It is normal to experience muscle fatigue and/or soreness during or after exercising.
