• For Wellness and Physical Therapy, enter the front doors under the “Summit Orthopedics” sign. Check-in is visible upon entering the second set of doors.
• Clinic check-in is located on the second floor. Go to the left after you walk in the front doors, and you will find the stairs and the elevator. Clinic check-in is to the right.
