Transverse Abdominal Activation

Repeat2 times
Hold30 seconds
Perform5-6 times per day
  1. Be sure stomach is completely relaxed.
  2. Gently activate Pelvic Floor muscles.
  3. Gently tighten stomach(bring in the belly button).

Contraction can be felt one inch in, and one inch down from pelvic bones.
