Posterior Pelvic Tilt

Lie on your back with your knees comfortably bent. Gently draw your belly button down toward the spine to contract your lower abdominals. The muscles you want to contract are the muscles that activate when coughing or laughing. Tilt your pelvis and press your back flat into the mat. Do not hold your breath while performing this exercise.
