Introduction to Yoga Series
This yoga program will teach the essential postures used in a vinyasa yoga class. The instructor, Sarah, will break down the alignment of various postures, explain the anatomy being used, describe the benefit to the posture and answer any questions you may have. By the end of the program, you will feel comfortable with the poses and movements used in standard yoga classes, and feel confident to perform these on your own.

Tuesdays, January 29th – March 5th 5:45-6:30 PM
Cost: $60 (includes one class per week for six weeks)
