Active Older Adults
This four-week program is about having fun and moving to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength and endurance, improve balance, increase range of motion and enable you to continue to perform activities for daily living. Hand-held weights and elastic bands with handles are offered for resistance. Agility ladders, cones, and other performance equipment may also be used. A chair can be used for seated or standing support.

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 8:15-9:00 a.m.
Spring/Summer Session 1: April 30 – May 23
Spring/Summer Session 2: June 4 – June 27
Spring/Summer Session 3: July 9 – August 1
Cost: $30
Location: Summit Orthopedics at HealthEast Sports Center, Healthy and Active Center (2nd floor)
