Instructions:
- In hook lying, gently press outside of knee into therapist/caregiver
- Repeat with resistance on the inside of the knee (pillow/ball)
Reps/Duration:
- Hold for 5 seconds
- Perform 2 sets of 10 reps, at least 2 times per day
