Instructions:
- Assume a single leg stance on the surgical leg while maintaining
a level pelvis
- Slowly squat down to 30 degrees of knee flexion as
if you were sitting in a chair
- Keep hip, knee and ankle aligned and avoid dropping
the pelvis on the non-surgical side
