Instructions:
- Therapist or caregiver gently rolls affected leg from neutral (toes pointed up) into internal rotation (towards other leg) for 2-3 minutes
- ABSOLUTELY NO EXTERNAL ROTATION (away from other leg)
Reps/Duration:
Hold for 2-3 minutes
