- Standing on nonsurgical leg while keeping surgical leg straight, rotate very slightly into internal rotation (point toes inward)
- Lift your leg out to the side
- Hold for 2-3 seconds, then return to starting position
- Do not lean away from the moving leg
- Perform 2 sets of 10 reps, at least 2 times per day
