  • Therapist or caregiver gently rolls affected leg from neutral (toes pointed up) into internal rotation (towards other leg) for 2-3 minutes
  • ABSOLUTELY NO EXTERNAL ROTATION (away from other leg)

Hold for 2-3 minutes
