  • Assume a ½ kneeling position on the surgical knee
  • Perform single arm row exercises using theraband/tube
  • Always maintain a neutral spine and pelvis during this exercise
  • 3 sets of 10 reps, with both arms
  • Repeat with single arm extension exercises bilaterally
