Phase II: 1/2 Kneeling Single Arm Row/Extension (with sport cord or Theraband)
Exercises to protect and repair.
- Assume a ½ kneeling position on the surgical knee
- Perform single arm row exercises using theraband/tube
- Always maintain a neutral spine and pelvis during this exercise
- 3 sets of 10 reps, with both arms
- Repeat with single arm extension exercises bilaterally
