  • Shift weight to operative leg
  • Hold the position for 30-60 seconds
  • To increase difficulty, stand on an altered surface or close your eyes (foam/BOSU/dynadisc)
  • Perform 2 sets of 10-20 reps, at least 3-4 times per week
