Phase I: Quadruped Hip Extensions
Exercises to protect and repair.
- Kneeling on your hands and knees, begin with your back in neutral position
- Position hands directly under the shoulder and knees under the hips
- Lift one leg at a time keeping trunk and pelvis still and relaxed (WITHIN ROM RESTRICTIONS)
- Perform 2 sets of 10 reps, at least 2 times per day
