  • Standing on nonsurgical leg while keeping surgical leg straight, rotate very slightly into internal rotation (point toes inward)
  • Lift your leg out to the side
  • Hold for 2-3 seconds, then return to starting position
  • Do not lean away from the moving leg
  • Perform 2 sets of 10 reps, at least 2 times per day
