Phase I: Stationary Bike
Exercises to protect and repair.

- Set bike seat high so that your knee has a slight bend (about 5 degrees) at the bottom of the stroke
- NO resistance is used on bike for the first 7 weeks
**Must use an upright bike, NO recumbent bike**
- Perform 2 sets of 10 reps, at least 2 times per day
